Probate simply means dealing with a person's affairs after their death. Although obtaining probate is usually a fairly straightforward process, we understand that it can be a difficult time for the person's family and friends.

At Hudsons Solicitors, we can handle every aspect of probate, from simple tasks like applying for the Grant of Probate, to more complex and sensitive issues such as informing banks and utility companies of the person's death, closing accounts, arranging valuations of assets and settling tax matters with HM Revenue & Customs.
